We couldn't search them by "DPPM/FIT/MTBF estimator" on TI website.

Is this value under 55 degrees celsius condition?

I need FIT under 70 degrees celsius condition.

Greetings Katuki-San,

The values we provided earlier for 55C are different as we found additional samples that had passed HTOL(High Temperature Operating Life) stress which we were able to use and update the FIT/MTBF data for this process.

FIT	4.76	14.04
MTBF	2.10E+08	7.12E+07
