Hello,

For a 2-link FPD-Link III connection does the ports have to be matched between serializer and deserializer (i.e. DOUT0-RIN0 and DOUT1-RIN1), or can they be configured in SW for a reversed configuration (i.e. DOUT0-RIN1 and DOUT1-RIN0)? If it's configurable, which registers could accomplish this?

The answer is: There is no register override for this, but provided both 948 and 949 are in auto-detect mode, it will be automatically detected and switched.
