Hello,

Can you please share the junction-to-case thermal resistance? It is not stated in the datasheet.
Customer is also requesting for the thermal resistance between the junction and leads, and the thermal conductivity of the compound -- is it possible to request for these?

Also, just to confirm -- we cannot provide the customer with the thermal resistance between the junction and the leads, and the thermal conductivity of the material?

Elisha,

In general it takes about 1 week to generate a new model. Let me check if I find the data and publish it. This is not TI's common practice.
