Dear Team,
My customer would like to use TUSB2046B as USB2.0 HUB. Please refer to the block diagram as below figure.
Could you please help to answer below questions and review the schematic?
1. They would like to update the MCU firmware through TUSB2046B. Is it workable?
2. Do I need to take care USB role of each component? (NB or MB/USB HUB/ FTDI/ MCU) What is the USB role of USB HUB TUSB2046B? Host or Device?
3. From the datasheet, we can choose 6Mhz or 48Mhz for clock frequency. What is the pros and cons between these two difference frequency?
Could we use 48Mhz for TUSB2046B design?
4. Could you provide the contact window, so that I can send the schematic to you by mail? Thank you.
