My customer has a question about TL16C752D.

My customer replaced TL16C752B with TL16C752D.
However, communication is not good.
(They use the TL16C752D in the same setting as the TL16C752B, but without equivalent results.
They confirm that they meet the timing requirements. )
They read back the Register of TL16C752D before setting up, and the following values were obtained.
LCR (Add: 011) = 0x03
However, when I checked D / S p29 Table 7 TL16C752D Internal Registers, I think that the initial value of LCR is 0x1D.
What does that mean?
