TUSB320LAI: I2C communication issues

Part Number: TUSB320LAI

I have a customer using the TUSB320LAI in a design.  They are experiencing intermittent issues with the device in which ACKs aren't being received.

Customer mentioned that they are using x67 as the I2C address.  Is this correct?

Here's a snipped of their schematic:

CC1 and CC2 lines come directly from the USB-C connector with no passives on the lines.

Thanks.
