Customer reported TUSB1002AIRGET cannot be recognized under Windows 10, any idea?

TUSB1002 is a linear re-driver and will not be recognized by the OS.

The OS will only recognize the device connected to the TUSB1002 DFP port if TUSB1002 is correctly configured.
