Did we got any suggest solution to compare with MegaChips MCDP2900?

Not sure that SN65DP159 is suitable candidate or not.

MCDP2900 is a DP to HDMI active protocol converter while DP159 is a DP++ to HDMI passive converter. Unfortunately, TI does not have a compatible solution.

One more quick question... what is the maximum of DP bandwidth that DP159 supported? HBR2 4 lanes?

The DP159 can support DisplayPort datarates up to 5.4Gbps (HBR2) 4 lanes.
