DS90UB940-Q1: DS90UB940-Q1's MODE_SEL1 configuration

Dear team,

My customer uses the 949 paired with 921. When the MODE_SEL1 of 949 is set to 20Mbps, there will be fault code. When the MODE_SEL1 of 949 is set to 5Mbps, fault code will not appear. What is the reason? Is the speed rate too fast?

Could you please help answer this question?

Sorry, it should be the 940. Only dual ports support 20Mbps, right? Due to 921 is single port, so we have to choose the 5Mbps, right?

Yes this is correct. When paired with 921, the back channel rate must be set to 5Mbps.
