Following are the feedback from customer(APTIV), they share with us the datasheet screen shot which shows DIGITAL_DEBUG_2 register which seems to different to the datasheet from TI.COM. The register is not for customer use which is why it is not included in the datasheet.

Thank you very much for your kindly reply. So it is impossible for customer to configuration this register to debug, right? Then if customer want to debug by configuration this register, if it is possible for us to provide the detail information to them ?

The register has either not been implemented or not been validated, that is why we do not include it in the datasheet and the customer should not use it even for debug. We can help the customer solve whatever issue they are experiencing through other means if you would like to describe the problem here, but please do not use this register.
