Please tell me about the interpretation of the specifications described in the data sheet.

Is this a resistance value internally connected to the "DOUT" terminal?

In that case, is it pull-up or pull-down?

Sakuma,

There is no internal pull-up / pull-down resistors at the driver output. When Vcc=0V, the output should be high impedance (10MOhm at 25°C). However the value could vary to 300Ohm under extreme conditions of temperature and process.
