TUSB8020B: Reconnection issue of TUSB8020B...

Part Number: TUSB8020B

Dear Sirs,

My customer found the TUSB8020B will reconnect the downstream port device while re-plug one of downstream ports.

Below is the simple block!

There are another Micro-USB port that comes from system directly, and 2 USB 2.0 port only from TUSB8020B.

Yes, customer just used USB2.0 of TUSB8020B. not USB2+USB3.

They found while the MicroUSB have device plugged, replug any one port of TUSB8020 will cause the other port reconnection!

And they found the USB_R1 signal have glitch and the PWRCTL signal will became low then return to high.

If the MicroUSB port did not attach any device, the issue gone!

Here are the good and fail waveform for compare.

Can you help to give me some idea about the issue?

What situation/reason will cause the USB_R1 have such behavior?

Thanks.
