TUSB212: Receiver Sensitivity test fail

Hi,

I try to use TUSB211 & TUSB212, but the USB2 Receiver Sensitivity test was fail for both of them.

Do you know how can I improve this test item?

Would you please share the failure report? Does RX sensitivity test fail when TUSB211/212 are hold in reset?

TUSB211/212 are not in reset.

If you hold TUSB211/212 in reset, are you able to pass the RX sensitivity test?

Can you also please send my your schematic and layout?

Not yet, our dut was tested in GRL lab.

After updating the HUB firmware, we can pass this test item.
