The DP1.2 single Lane is up to 5.4Gbps.

The line capacitance of TPD4E05U06 is 0.5pF，what data rate can it support? How much different data rates can 0.42pf and 0.5pf support?

Hello,

0.5pF can support 5.4Gbps. However in signal integrity it is all about loss budget. 0.5pF, according to the insertion loss graph in the datasheet, gives ~1.5dB of loss. Therefore if your trace and connectors do not give you more than ~1.5dB of loss then you have not exceeded your loss budget of 3dB for the system and can use this part.
