Dear Sirs,
My customer has two questions about reference clock.
1. When the ISP can provide the 24MHz clock to DS90UB954, the Crystal Oscillator (REFCLK) can be removed or not?
2. In Synchronous mode, the frequency of CLK-OUT is same as REFCLK?

Hello Henry,
If the ISP can provide the REFCLK you just need to ensure it meets the stability requirements described in the 954 datasheet. For CLKOUT, it can be configured to output different frequencies based on a divider. Please see the 953 datasheet for information on the CLKOUT configuration.
Best Regards,
