How to configure 0x6D and 0x70 when paring with DS90UB933-Q1 (YUV422 10bit data format input)？

0x6D[1:0]? 0x70[5:0]?

There is an option of 0x70[5:0]=0x1F YUV422 10bit, but how to choose 0x6D[1:0], thanks.

for YUV422 10 bit you need to write in reg 0x70[5:0] = 0x1F

reg 0x6D[1:0] should be in this case = 11, for RAW10. ==> RAW10 or RAW12 depends on the configured mode on your 933.
