ADC voltage range and loading current capacity.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PGA970

In PGA970 EVM Module total 3 ADC are used out of that 1 ADC3 used for external temperature sensor.... Other 2 are used for LVDT. I wanted to know a reference voltage for this 2 ADC and loading current capacity as well as voltage range of this 2 ADC....

In data sheet only ADC3 details has been given.

    All of the same information available for ADC3 is also available for ADC1 and ADC2 under the electrical characteristics for Digital Demodulators 1 and 2, including the voltage range. The reference voltage is the same for all of the ADCs, and it is 2.5V as described in the datasheet.

    I'm not sure what you mean by the loading current capacity. All of the analog inputs have amplifiers between the pin and the ADCs. The input bias currents for these amplifiers is 5nA max.
