Do you have the recommended component for ESD?

or any specification recommended?

The diode typically recommended for CAN applications is PESD1CAN or PESD2CAN. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

And I have another question.

Should CANH and CANL be differential line setting?

If yes, is the characteristic impedance of differential line equal to 120 ohm(each line = 60 ohm)?

Yes, the CANH and CANL traces need to be differential in the layout, and the characteristic impedance should be 60 ohms for each line. Your thinking is correct.
