When using DP83822 in MII mode, are “RGMII RX Clock Shift” and “RGMII TX Clock Shift” bits in RCSR register just ignored?
Or does the user have to configure both bits to disabled?
Because the default value of RGMII TX Clock Shift is “enable”, I would like to confirm whether the user can leave this register as default.
