The rise time of VDD33, VDD12, VDDIO in DS90UB948-Q1 datasheet has been chagned from the datasheet's 2016 version as below.
Old datasheet spec -> VDD33, VDDIO < 1.5ms (max)
New datasheet spec -> 0.2ms (min) < VDD33, VDDIO
BTW, the rise time of VDD33, VDDIO in a customer's board is measured with 100us. The rise time is violated with new datasheet spec even though it was okay in the old one.
-. Is it okay or not? What is the expected problem?
-. Can you explain why the spec has been changed?
