Good day. We have some questions need to ask you.

Can the Bus input of the TL16C754C be available using the TCA9555? Is there a suggested design? Can you provide the TL16C754C schematic?

    In theory, you could do this using TCA9555 to both send data through the parallel interface and also retrieve data from parallel to I2C and I2C to Parallel. Is there any reason why you would want to do this?

    The approach I show below is probably how I would do it but there would be a lot of latency in the system due to how long each I2C transaction would take.
