Hello support team,
The IO port of TCA9554A has a built-in pull-up resistor, which typical value is 100 kΩ.
What is the variation range (maximum and minimum value) of this pull-up resistor?
Sincerely,
M. Tachibana

Hello M. Tachibana,
The pull up resistor value is not a electrical characteristic so finding char-values for this pull up resistance is not easy.
Would it be sufficient if I measured the pull up resistances myself with a digital multimeter for ~5 units and we make an assumption of a tolerance of around 10% for the value I find?
Let me know if this kind of data would be okay with you.

Hello Bobby-san,
Sorry for my late reply.
Thank you for your comment.
I understood that the variation range of internal pull-up resistor is not known because its value is not a particularly controlled characteristic.
Considering the manufacturing variation of semiconductors, I thought it would be better to estimate around ± 15 to 20%.
Sincerely,
M. Tachibana
