TUSB422: TUSB422 can work for UFP_D through DP alternative mode?

Hello,

my customer has a concern if TUSB422 can work for UFP_D via DP alternative mode.  According to him, if connected as DFP_D, he sees VDM handler log but it doesn't work.  However, if connected as UFP, DP doesn't work.   would you suggest any feedback/advice?
