PCF8574: 3.7V spike on SDA line?

Team,

We see a 3.7V spike on the SDA line  on the TI PCF8574 after a WRITE(0).
Using a competition device (PCF8574P) in the same condition the spike is lower (2.25V).

I can provide offline some schematics and waveform to check more precisely the issue.
