The DS100DF410 could provide an increase in the overall MDI interface.  The could be achieved by using the Rx equalization.  This equalization is optimized for 10 Gbps signals, but it will still provide some benefit to the lower speed 1 GbE signals.

Actually MDI signal are bi-direction like USB D+/D-, but 410 looks is uni-direct.

So how do we connect if we want to use 410.

By the way, our phy is use Intel I210, actually we discussed with INTEL member and they suggest to add TI LAN mux TS3L500AE.

But we don't see any buffer or re-driver function on TS3L500AE, Could you help to check it?
