There is no specification on S1, S2, S3 since IEEE 802.3bw does not specifically outline this.

Instead, the cable specs are s-parameter based and the link segment length is defined.

Please reference section 96.7 in IEEE 802.3bw for detailed cable requirements.

As a reference, we have seen Leoni DACAR 547 as a popular cable for 100BASE-T1.
