Hello,
Remove the 5.1k ohm resistor connected to CC2 (R6). This would cause for the TPS25810 to detect that a device has been connected even though nothing is connected, forcing 5V continuously on VBUS which breaks the Type-C spec. As far as layout recommendations, I would follow the layout guidelines induced within the datasheet (section 10).
