Is it OK with the same IBIS model?

What is the difference between tfp401n_st0 and tfp401n_st1 in IBIS files?

Ishiwata-san,

Yes, the only difference is the jitter immunity. It should be fine to use the same IBIS model for both.

Unfortunately I don't know what the difference is between these models; they were generated over 15 years ago.

I thought that the difference between tfp401n_st0 and tfp401n_st1 is that the ST pin settings are different.

Is my understanding correct?

Hi Ishiwata-san,

Yes, judging from the file names it seems that is the difference between these files. ST is the drive strength, so the device will have different electrical I/O electrical characteristics between the different settings.
