What is the application? If common mode voltage in the system is greater than 2V, then you need to have AC couple caps both side of HD3SS3212 and provide external biasing.

It is PCIe and USB3.0 protocol into 2:! MUX.

We would like to know the pullup resistor value if pull up voltage is 3v3.

could you please advise it?

100k would be the recommended resistor.

For PCIe and USB3.0, why do you need external bias? Please refer to section 10.2 for PCIe and USB implementation.
