Hello,

I'd like to know what is a difference between TCA9509MRVHR and TCA9509RVHR.
I can't find any description on the datasheet.

    Hello Sawamoto-san,

    The IC is the same, the only difference is in the packaging.  The device with "M" in the part number is rotated in the carrier tape such that pin 1 is placed in quadrant 1.  Without the "M," pin 1 is placed in quadrant 3.  This is shown in the tape and reel information page towards the end of the datasheet.
