There is an issue with the EyeScan SW on how it interprets the eye at HDMI2.0 and it is documented in the TMDS181 EVM user guide: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu228a/sllu228a.pdf.

But from eye height perspective, lane 1 performance is not as good as lane 0 and 2.
