Hi Sir

Below schematic is from AMD platform reference design and used for 4k/2k/60 application

Reference design use external FET to do DDC level shift

May I know why reference design use DDC to connect with SDA / SCL_CTL of DP159

Do you know the reason ?

SCL_CTL and SDA_CTL are used for the configuration of DP159 internal registers, they should not be connected to the DDC bus.

It's very strange ,AMD reference design use I2C mode and connect DDC channel to SCL_CTL

I will have to take a look at AMD datasheet to understand why this connection is being made in their reference design.
