DS90UB960-Q1: Is VC-IDfeature compatible with MAX9295?

the UB960 output ports are MIPI DPHY Version 1.2 / CSI-2 Version 1.3 Compliant. If the Maxim component has MIPI CSI input which is compliant with the same standard, then yes you can use it in this way.

But I would recommend you use the DS90UB953 Serializer at this position instead of Maxim component.
