TLK2711-SP: Radiation Testing Bias Circuit

We need to undertake radiation testing of the TLK2711-SP.

Is there a recommended bias circuit? The radiation test report only refers to a TI supplied board.

The applications engineer supporting this device is out of the office until Monday at which time he can provide more information if needed. The TI EVM is described in detail in its user's guide and schematic in the following documents:
