    Robin,

    The device family you mentioned (TCAN1042) is optimized for EMI performance and has been qualified at most major automotive OEMs.  Did you have any questions on this device?  If you would like to see any EMC test reports for specific standards (such as IEC 62228 or SAE J2962) you can send me an email.
