The DP83867ERGZT is a catalog product and is not supported by the High Rel group. It would be best to post this question on its own. It will get properly directed to the correct team.
For the MAX3232MPWREP,
When you ask for maximum fannout. The assumption is that you are referring to the Rout signals, and not the RS232 output (Dout signals). RS232 is intended to be a point to point solution. The VOH/VOL levels are tested with a 3Kohm loading.
The VOH/VOL for the receiver (Rout) is listed in the DS. For 1ma IOH, the VOH will be minimum of Vcc -0.6.
So, the fanout will depend on the loading externally. VOL is listed as max of 0.4V with an IOL of 1.6ma.
The max through put is listed as up to 250kbps.
