Is the DS90UB947-Q1 recommended for power supply? 1.1V, 1.8V, DC/DC or LDO, how much current should be reserved when selecting a power chip?

    Hello Meng,

     

    The UB947 does require two power rails, 1.1V and 1.8V. You are free to choose DC/DC or LDO. LDOs are normally cleaner but they produce unwanted heat. Please refer to the UB947 datasheet figures 35 or 36 to see how to connect them.

     

    The current consumption numbers can be found in the datasheet page 9.
