The snoop enable/disable does not impact the AUX communication. The TUSB564 snoops native AUX writes to DisplayPort sink’s DPCD registers 0x00101 (LANE_COUNT_SET) and 0x00600 (SET_POWER_STATE). TUSB564disables/enables lanes based on value written to LANE_COUNT_SET.

What is the difference between the passing and failing log file? In the failing log file, I see the link training is not even passing at 1.62G.

Is it due to displaydock sending the incorrect AUX information to TUSB1064 of monitor? Any information needs for further analysis?
