I use DP83867IR in my project, but in my hardware, I didn't design the strap for pin 38, the RX_DV/RX_CTRL pin.
So the default status for the 'Autoneg Disable' register is N/A.
But in the datasheet, it mentions that 1000BASE-T mode needs Auto-Negotiation. So if i didn't made a pull-up and pull-down resistor to the pin, what should i do to start auto-negotiation progress?
If i use mdio to configure the register,how to start a auto-negotiation progress?
