Hello Yaita,

I would suggest using the IBIS model for SN75LVDS83B which is the version of the device which supports the widest range of PCLK. You can find it here: http://www.ti.com/product/SN75LVDS83B/toolssoftware

I would also recommend that part for new designs instead of the "non-A" or "A" versions.
