DP83869HM: Could DP83869HM replace 88E1111-BAB ?

I used 88E1111-BAB as the Ethernet transceiver before, but this transceiver missd occasionally when it  support 1000BASE-X or 1000BASE-T.

I need a new device to replace it. I hope the device could support 1000BASE-X or 1000BASE-T perfectly even when the ambient temperature reaches 60 centigrades.

So is DP83869HM a good choice? If not, please give me some advice.
