This is the information I got from our customer:

"I was working on gigabit interface in that phy integrated circuit I need signal integrity specs on the output side on the phy which means the 8 differential pair output. I need to understand those signals undershoot and overshoot voltage levels as I was requesting you to do this on early demand because we are about release the PCB for fabrication but we got struck in this problem"

Actually i was working on gigabit in DP83867IRRGZ  that to in RGMII interface can you provide me  signal integrity specification i.e overshoot  &undershoot voltage specifications  of those 8 differential output pair with are going to magnetics

Hi,

The output voltage on MDI pins is driven by IEEE 802.3 spec. Our recommendation for these  pins is to follow the layout guidelines, proper magnetics connections. Output Voltage range for the signals is part of the datasheet ( VoD 1000Base-T).
