I recently got my hands on the DP83825 evaluation module.
I am especially interested in its TDR functionality. I downloaded and installed the corresponding drivers and was able to setup a connection using the USB-2-MDIO-tool.
According to the datasheet, I need to set bit 15 in the CDCR to enable the TDR measurement.
After reading CDCR to check if the measurement finished successfully, the datasheet suggest to read CDLRR(result?) and CDARR(amplitude). However, both of these registers are part of the extended register set.
A detailled explanation of these registers are not included in the datasheet.
Where I can I find more information about the extended register set?
After a measurement, I sometimes see values different from 0 in CDLRR#1/CDARR#1 but I dont know what these values mean.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
