TSB12LV32-EP: Overshoot/Undershoot Allowances

Team,

The datasheet has the maximum absolute DC input range rating for a signal. However it does not indicate if there are some allowances for undershoots/overshoots during signal transitions.

  • Do you have information of the overshoot / undershoot allowances for this part?
  • We understand is not desirable

    Sorry for delay.

    Unfortunately, we do not have transient allowances defined for exceeding the absolute max ratings.

    However, we do have an IIK specification.

    If the transient overshoot current can be analyzed and verified to be less that the IIK spec, then this will effectively exclude it from violating the Vi spec.

    The IIK limit is +/-20mA.
