Hi,

The TUSB2046B uses generic USB hub drivers, there should not be a need to port a driver for normal use.

USB device have two work mode , USB host and USB peripheral.

The USB transceiver of the side of connecting the port of DP0/M0 on TUSB2046B must be the mode of USB host , is it ?

Yes, the DP0/DM0 pair are the upstream facing port pair that connect to a USB host. The other DP/DM pairs are downstream facing ports that connect to USB devices.
