Hi Sir,

My signal source is type-c from notebook, through TUSB1064 and output don't have DP signal at monitor.

Could you help check sch? This is GPIO control by TPS65988.

1. The block diagram show the Synaptics hub supports 4 DP lanes, but the schematic shows only 2 lanes connected to the Synaptics hub input, are you only supporting 2 lanes or 4 lanes DP?

2. Do you have AC coupling caps on the TX1p/n, RX1p/n, TX2p/n, and RX2p/n? What are the values of the AC coupling caps?

3. The cap value on SSRX0Bp/n is too large, I would recommend 100nF is sufficient.

4. For GPIO control, what is the voltage on FLIP, CTL0, and CTL1?

5. What is the voltage on AUXP/N, and SBU1/2?

6. What is the voltage on HPD?

7. Do you have CC and AUX log file that I can review?

Hi Sir,

Thanks for your help & check hints.

We find it may cause by Synaptics Hub VMM5320 issue, and will check its setting.
