Is there a protection diode connecting SCL(SDA) pin with Vcc pin in TCA9509？

(SCLA pin - VCCA pin,
SDAA pin - VCCA pin,
SCLB pin - VCCB pin,
SDAB pin - VCCB pin)

    Hello,

    No, these pins only have protection diodes that are referenced to ground.  (You can see this to some extent in the Absolute Maximum specifications table - the maximum input voltage is fixed at 6 V rather than being a function of VCC.)
