XIO2001: XIO2001 BSDL-File issue

Hi,

One of our future products uses an XIO2001 (BGA).
We use a Goepel system for boundary scan tests.
When I try to import the BSDL file for Boundary Scan function tests, I get an error message (see attachment).
Is there a different BSDL file than the one I found on the website?
You find the used file attached.
