XIO2001: XIO2001IPNP + XIO2001IPNP ,iPC can't boot up problem or (error Code: 10)

Hi Team,

The customer is experiencing below issue and needs your help.

I tried install molex Profibus DR2-DPM-PCU with our iPC which we use XIO2001IPNP , but it will be get a PCI bridge error (Code: 10).

I installed this PCI card on my HP Compaq Pro 6300 desktop PC, but I did not get a PCI bridge error (error Code: 10).

I also tried to install another PCI card (PCI-4142P, PCI-485220P,Mitsubishi CC-Link Q80BD-J61BT11N). It works without any problems.

What is the problem you think?

    Hi Annie,

    Since other cards work without issue on the same iPC then the problem is probably not with the XIO2001. Additionally, since the iPC works on different PCs, the problem may have to do with their iPC rather than the card itself. They should check that they're using correct and up to date drivers, and perhaps try a different OS.
