There is two DIR pin description in Absolute Maximum Ratings.
Which is correct?

I believe "VCC5 + 0.3V" is correct because of the following.
Is my understanding correct?

The datasheet shows DIR is recommended to pull-up to VDD5.
How do we consider the following?

we confirmed from designer it's 3.3v. we will update datasheet as soon as we can.

I understand the following is typo and DIR pin should be pull-up to VCC33 with 200KΩ.
Is my understanding correct?
